1300 19th Street is a freestanding, eight story office building prominently located at the northwest corner of 19th and N Street, one block south of Dupont Circle. Developed in 1979, and elegantly remodeled in 2000, the building attained LEED O&M Certification at the Platinum level in 2017.  In a constant effort to remain green, 1300 19th Street has undergone numerous updates, including the installation of a rainwater harvesting system, a complete energy-saving lighting retrofit, 133 kW solar electric system installed in 2024, and was one of the first buildings in the District to install electric vehicle charging stations.
